Are your figurines really handmade?
Yes. Every figurine is hand-carved from solid natural wood and individually hand-painted by an artist. Our figurines are not molded or mass-produced.
Where are your figurines made?
Our figurines are carved and painted by skilled artisans and artists in Ukraine. Tyche Art Studio has been creating handcrafted wooden Christmas figurines since 2010.
What materials do you use?
Our figurines are made from solid natural wood and hand-painted using water-based acrylic paints.
We value natural materials and traditional craftsmanship, creating pieces designed to be enjoyed for many years.
Are the figurines signed by the artist?
Yes. Our figurines feature the artist's signature and the Tyche Art Studio stamp, confirming their origin and handcrafted nature. The signature and studio stamp can also be seen in the product photos.
Can I order a figurine that is currently out of stock?
Yes. If a figurine you are interested in is currently unavailable, please contact us.
The piece may already have been completed and be on its way to our U.S. inventory. If not, we can check whether it can be made again and provide you with an estimated production and availability timeframe.
Because every figurine is carved and painted by hand, production times may vary depending on the particular design.
Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders may be available upon request.
If you have an idea for a special figurine, please contact us and tell us what you have in mind. We will review your request and let you know whether we can create it, along with the estimated timeframe and price.
Availability of custom work depends on the complexity of the design and the current workload of our woodcarvers and artists.
Where do you ship from?
All items currently available in our shop are already located in the United States and ship directly from Minnesota.
This means our U.S. customers don't have to wait for international shipping or customs clearance.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package and view its estimated delivery date.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and shipping service are selected based on the destination, package size, and the specific requirements of each order.
A signature may be required upon delivery for certain orders.
How are the figurines packaged?
Each figurine is carefully packaged to help protect it during transportation.
Many of our pieces feature delicate carved and painted details, so we take particular care when preparing every order for shipment.
What should I do if my figurine arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and keep the figurine along with all original packaging.
We may ask you to provide photos of the figurine, packing materials, and shipping box. This will help us evaluate the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Can the figurines be displayed outdoors?
No. Our wooden figurines are designed for indoor use only.
Natural wood and hand-painted artwork can be damaged by rain, snow, excessive humidity, prolonged direct sunlight, and significant temperature changes.
How should I care for my wooden figurine?
We recommend displaying and storing your figurine indoors in a dry environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and high temperatures.
To remove dust, gently wipe the figurine with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use household cleaners, solvents, or abrasive materials.
Do Tyche Art Studio figurines make good gifts?
Yes. Our handcrafted figurines make distinctive Christmas gifts for collectors, family, friends, and anyone who appreciates traditional craftsmanship, art, and genuine handmade pieces.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. We welcome inquiries from retailers, Christmas shops, galleries, boutiques, and other wholesale buyers.
